Train monitoring and waiting time
The train number enables the private driver to follow the published schedule and adjust their presence after a delay. As a platform may be allocated or changed late, the meeting is agreed in a concourse or near a clearly identified exit.
Concourse, platform, forecourt and drop-off
One station may include several buildings, levels, courtyards, exits, taxi ranks and reserved-vehicle zones. The VTC driver identifies the correct access and provides a simple landmark so the traveller need not walk unnecessarily with luggage.
