Yes, subject to advance booking and availability. The children’s ages, weights and number allow the correct equipment to be confirmed.

Are pets accepted in the saloons and vans?

Yes, on request. State species, weight, animal numbers and carrier dimensions. The animal-transport Kangoo is suited to larger arrangements.

Can I choose a precise model with its chauffeur?

Yes. For chauffeured vehicle hire prepared on request, you may select a category or request a model. Availability is confirmed around the programme, duration, passengers and luggage.

Is the photographed model always guaranteed?

For a standard booking, it may be replaced by an equivalent black vehicle in the same category. A specific model is guaranteed only when requested and expressly confirmed in the quotation.

What to consider before departure.

A few details prevent an undersized vehicle and ensure the necessary equipment is prepared.

Cabin, checked or oversized?

Cabin case: a small case, often around 55 × 40 × 23 cm according to the airline. Standard checked case: a conventional individual item, usually up to 23 kg. A trunk, crate or case beyond this is oversized.

Special luggage

A pushchair, folding wheelchair, skis, golf clubs, musical instrument, professional equipment or animal carrier must be declared. A photograph and dimensions help confirm the vehicle.

Child seats

A baby seat or booster can be arranged subject to booking and availability. State every child’s age and weight so the appropriate equipment can be confirmed.

Pets on board

An animal can travel on request in a Model Y, E-Class, S-Class or V-Class. State species, weight, animal numbers and carrier dimensions. The Kangoo is preferred for larger configurations.

Comfort and connectivity

Air conditioning, water and charging are prepared according to category. If tinted glass, Wi-Fi or precise equipment is essential, request confirmation when booking.
