The price is not based on distance alone. It represents the real route, required vehicle and precise collection conditions.
Distance and departure location
Calculation reflects exact addresses, distance and the time needed to reach collection. Central Paris, an outlying town, airport or difficult-access address require different organisation. Tolls are included in the displayed long-distance examples.
Number of travellers
An individual, couple, family or group do not travel in the same configuration. Passenger numbers determine Comfort, Business, Van, First or Mercedes-Maybach by quotation. For five or six, the V-Class keeps everyone together.
Luggage and equipment
Cabin cases, checked luggage, pushchairs, skis, folding wheelchairs and professional equipment occupy different volumes. Numbers and dimensions must be stated. A larger vehicle or luggage Vito may prevent an uncomfortable or impossible load.
Dog, cat and carrier
A dog or cat may travel with or without a carrier when declared and the configuration allows. Breed, weight, animal numbers and crate dimensions determine space. The vehicle and fare are confirmed from the real situation.

A direct transfer, a day of appointments and travel to another region require different time and organisation. Our private chauffeur rates therefore reflect the actual service rather than one formula applied to every request.
Transfer, as-directed or long-distance
A single transfer covers collection from the agreed address and travel to one destination. It suits a station arrival, airport departure, business meeting or connection between addresses. Every planned stage should be declared so time and route are calculated correctly.
As-directed service reserves the executive driver and vehicle for four hours, eight hours or longer. The same driver remains available between meetings, boutiques, hotels and events, maintaining continuity without another booking after each stop.
A long-distance quotation reflects the door-to-door route, selected category and assignment time. The examples for Deauville, Lille, Lyon, Geneva, Bordeaux and Cannes include tolls, while comfort stops are organised for the duration and passengers.
What the stated price includes
The fare covers more than road mileage: assignment preparation, vehicle reservation, punctual chauffeur presence, welcome, luggage assistance and monitoring useful journey information. For an airport transfer, the flight number helps anticipate an early arrival or delay.
The vehicle is prepared and selected from the details supplied. Another address, extended wait, night collection or substantial programme change can affect the initial price. When known, these elements are included in the quotation before booking confirmation.
The calculator provides an initial estimate for ordinary requests. Several vehicles, multi-day programmes, delegations, oversized luggage or Mercedes-Maybach requirements are better served by a personalised study.
Selecting a category for the journey
Category is not determined by prestige alone. Comfort or Business saloons suit one or two people with standard luggage. A V-Class is more appropriate for families, groups, large cases or bulky equipment. S-Class prioritises space and discretion; Mercedes-Maybach represents a bespoke Excellence request.
Seat count alone can be misleading. Three travellers with three large cases, a pushchair or professional equipment may need more volume than a lightly laden group. State cabin, checked and special items separately.
A dog or cat should also be declared. Depending on weight, carrier and luggage, a van may be recommended even for few passengers. These details protect comfort and confirm a genuinely suitable vehicle.
