For services from Belgium and the Netherlands, and other mainline trains, the meeting point is confirmed in the public hall according to the platform and access arrangements on the day. A welcome at the end of the platform is possible where access permits. Your train number and departure station help avoid confusion with the London arrivals route.
Vehicle drop-off and pickup
Passengers arriving by car are dropped off in the underground car park under the arrangements introduced in July 2026. For pickup, follow the meeting point provided by the service and the locations permitted on the day of your journey. Your chauffeur accompanies you with your luggage; the taxi queue is not a meeting point for a private chauffeur.
Departing for London and arranging assistance
For London, make your way to the Eurostar terminal in hall 2 on the mezzanine, and follow the recommended arrival time on your ticket to allow for checks. Your pickup is arranged accordingly. If you need rail assistance, book it with the operator; also tell us about walking difficulties and any equipment so we can check that the vehicle is suitable.

The transfer between stations is planned with time to reach your next platform. Disneyland Paris, Versailles and La DĂ©fense
After arriving in Paris, travel straight to your hotel at Disneyland Paris, your appointment in La DĂ©fense or an address in Versailles. Provide the hotel name and entrance, the office tower or the exact address. Families and travelling teams have different needs: children, suitcases and the appointment time help us select the vehicle.
Business aviation, Beauvais and long-distance journeys
For Paris Le Bourget Airport, provide the business aviation terminal or your flight operator. A transfer to Paris Beauvais Airport requires planning around the distance and departure time. You can also book a destination beyond ĂŽle-de-France: we review your itinerary and breaks before preparing a quotation.
Up to seven travellers, with a suitable configuration
After a family journey or a group trip, a spacious vehicle keeps everyone together in one car. Some Mercedes V-Class configurations accommodate up to 7 passengers, with one sitting beside the chauffeur. This option is confirmed when you book: the available seats, suitcases and equipment must all be compatible. For seven passengers, you must provide full luggage details; for a couple, a sedan may be enough.
Your train time has changed: how do you let us know?
Has your train been delayed, replaced or cancelled? Send the service the new train number and announced time so we can review your Gare du Nord welcome. Normal waiting is included in the transfer. In the event of an exceptional delay of two to three hours, we contact you: if you ask the chauffeur to stay, only the additional hours expressly agreed in advance, together with their rate, are charged.

Parking and waiting are included in your transfer. Keep your phone available so we can adjust the meeting if the time changes. In the event of an exceptional delay of two to three hours, keeping the chauffeur on site and charging additional hours require your request and your explicit agreement in advance to their duration and rate.
